This 200+ acre abandoned zoo is the only one of its kind. You can stay and get ready in The Long Neck Inn which is our boutique hotel (converted Giraffe Barn), have all your closest friends stay in our beautiful canvas tent glamping sites and have your guests experience the most unique wedding weekend of their lives.
SITE FEE - $8,500
+$1,000 per additional event - ex: Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Drinks, After Party, Brunch etc
Weekend buyout of The Long Neck Inn and all 4 Glamping sites required
Couples are expected to obtain event insurance
A professionally accredited Event Planner is required
Exclusive Use for the Weekend - Wedding and private events are are full property buy-outs, which grant you exclusive weekend use of the 200+ acre property (including the abandoned zoo and surrounding property). We only book one wedding per weekend so you can enjoy and explore!

On Site Manager will be on hand all weekend to answer any questions, greet and direct your vendors and make sure all rules (outlined in contract) are being followed.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND BUYOUT REQUIREMENTS:
The 5 guest rooms in The Long Neck Inn and 4 Glamping Sites may be booked by the client or their guests, but all accommodations must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. The Inn includes 4 Queen Beds, 1 King and the option of 2 additional twin beds, the glamping/camp sites each include a queen bed and can accommodate up to 14 guests per site (additional tenting will be required). This allows a total of 68 guests who can stay The Old Game Farm. If needed we are only 15 minutes from Hunter/Tannersville which includes a pleathora of additional boarding options.
We don’t require you to work with any specific vendors - however we do have a list of fantastic caterers, wedding planners, tent rentals, nearby lodging and additional local vendors we are happy to recommend. Services such as catering, tent and furniture rentals, decor, porta-potties and trash removal are the responsibility of the client and need to be pre-approved before contracting.

The 200+ Acre property has over 130 buildings, 3.5 miles of paved roadways, wood/dirt roads and many unique features you wont find anywhere else in the world. It was the first, largest and longest operational privately owned zoo in the United States.

How much of the property/what buildings will be used
Other details pertaining to your expected use
If you would like to take photos with anything more than your cell phone, we ask that you either sign up for Abandoned America's Workshop (see here for more information) OR for at least an $80 donation per person taking photographs (or video), we understand the workshop isn't for everyone.
As you can imagine, insuring an abandoned zoo in order to allow visitors to go into buildings etc is not an easy task, your donation goes towards maintaining insurance to allow this. We also need to be fair to the photography workshops as they are a cornerstone in keeping the property open to the public.
FESTIVALS AND LARGE EVENTS
