STAYING IN THE INN INCLUDES ALL LINENS AND THE USE OF ALL COMMON AREAS

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

COMMON AREAS: Hot tub, Fully Stocked Kitchen (you have your own designated shelf or drawer to use - the fridge is cleaned and sanitized regularly), Coffee Station/Wet Bar, Dining/Game Room, Fire Pit Area, Back Deck Seating Area, 150+ Acre Abandoned Zoo to Explore & Property Connects to The Round Top Mountain Top Association Trail System .

OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE: Free Wifi, Air-conditioning (in each room and the common areas), radiant floor heating, interconnecting rooms, iron on request, laundry room, pet friendly (3 rooms), and smart tv’s & bluetooth radios in each of the guest rooms.

The Giraffe Room (The only guest room on the main level - there is no elevator for second level)

• Has an en suite bathroom with a step in shower

• Has its own private French Balcony

The Elephant Room

RESTROOMS &/OR SHOWERS

INN GUESTS - Each guest room has its own en suite restroom with a shower and/or bath (Elephant Room has a bath and the Giraffe Room has a jacuzzi tub), based on the room you select.

CAMPERS-

• COMES WITH THE SITE: Each site comes with a 'camp loo' and solar shower supplied by TENTRR - here are the details describing this

• YOU HAVE ACCESS TO AT THE LONG NECK INN:

  • Outdoor shower - Although each campsite comes with a 'solar shower' we also have an outdoor shower, with biodegradable soap included, for campers to be able to use at the Inn. (towels are not included for campers)

  • Restroom - There is a half bath on the main level of the Inn which campers have access to 24 hours/day if they choose not to use their ‘camp loo’

• The Overlook site is about a 2 min drive or 5 minute walk from the Mountain View Site  

• The Mountain View site is about a 3 minutes drive or 10 minute walk to Fidos Vineyard

• The Wooded site is the farthest from all of them, about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Fido's Vineyard

• They all vary from 4-15 minute walk to the Inn or 3-8 minute drives

• The Overlook site is about a 3 minute drive and a 10 minute walk to the Long Neck Inn

• The Mountain View site is about a 3 minute drive and a 10 minute walk to the Long Neck Inn
